Michelle and Jordan celebrated their love in a beautiful New Years Eve Wedding at Brix + Mortar in Vancouver BC. From sharing private vows, to a beautiful evening ceremony and reception celebrating with their closest loved ones, it was a magical day.
Where it all begun…
Every great love story has a beginning, and theirs started in the most unexpected place – a cozy corner of their local pub. Little did Michelle know that a simple night out after a long shift at work would change her life forever.
When Michelle spotted Jordan from across the room, laughter lighting up his face as he chatted with his friends.. At that time in her life, she made a promise to herself that she would only settle for “the one”. As she watched him, she felt an undeniable pull which led her to asking her friend to find out if he was single. To her delight, she confirmed he was! With her newfound confidence, she decided to approach him, while her heart raced as she walked over feeling ridiculous she could feel that way over someone she hadn’t even met yet… Just as she was about to introduce herself, he turned and smiled, and introduced himself first. That moment, was fate.
As their conversation flowed effortlessly, they talked about everything from their favourite music to their dreams and aspirations. Michelle quickly realized he was checking all her boxes, kindness, humour, and ambition. After that first meeting, they exchanged numbers and he soon asked her on a proper date.
Their first outing was filled with laughter, and a connection that felt almost electric. It was clear – this was just the beginning of something beautiful. The beginning of a journey filled with love, laughter and a forever partnership that is meant to be.
They decided to make things official on New Years Eve, celebrating at the beautiful Brix & Mortar Venue in Vancouver, BC. Brix & Mortar is known for their stunning courtyard and incredible dinning where you can host a beautiful ceremony, enjoy modern cuisine and continue celebrating into the evening.
